    Summary

    Cerebral angiography in transient global amnesia (TGA) revealed arterial lesions correlating with symptoms. However, in 55% of cases, no abnormalities were found, leaving TGA pathogenesis unclear. Angiography is advised only when other neurological signs are present.

    Background:

    • Transient global amnesia (TGA) is a neurological condition characterized by sudden, temporary memory loss.
