[Atrial paroxysmal tachycardia with atrioventricular block--their treatment by precordial electrostimulation]

The object of the material are the criteria for correct diagnosis. A case with atrial paroxysmal tachycardia with AV block is discussed as well as termination of attacks by means of intracardial electrostimulation. The problem of treatment of this kind of tachycardia with temporary and permanent electrostimulation is discussed.
