    Summary

    Antibody-forming cells in mice selectively appeared in lymph nodes draining the initial injection site after a secondary immune response. This indicates immune cell induction occurs exclusively in these specific draining lymph nodes.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • Mice were immunized subcutaneously with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and boosted intravenously.
