[Hemodynamic classification of 2d-stage mitral stenosis]

This study refines the Bakulev-Damir classification for mitral stenosis by identifying four substages based on hemodynamic responses during catheterization. These substages offer a clearer understanding of stenosis evolution and pulmonary edema mechanisms.
