A simple digitizer technique for determining the effective center of spoke shots

A method is described for computing the effective center of an x-ray spoke shot pattern and determining its separation from a given reference point, such as the mechanical isocenter. This method is as quick as, but more accurate than, the standard technique of using a ruler.
