Localization by ultrasound of hyperparathyroid tumors not detected by computed tomography
Abstract:
2 patients with clinically proven hyperparathyroidism are demonstrated. Their parathyroid tumors, not detected by computed tomography, were localized by ultrasound. The relative advantages of ultrasound are emphasized.
