Serial serum immunoglobulin levels in acute postinfectious glomerulonephritis
Serum immunoglobulin levels decrease over six months in children with acute postinfectious glomerulonephritis. Lower immunoglobulin G (IgG) levels were observed in patients with normal C3 levels upon admission, but overall immunoglobulin levels do not predict renal lesion type.
