Oral drug reaction to methyldopa. Report of a case

This case report presents and follows a rare oral drug reaction linked to the administration of methyldopa (Aldomet). The clinical appearance of oral ulcerations coincides with increased dosage of the drug. Withdrawal of methyldopa leads to gradual healing of these lesions.
