    Summary

    Centromere spreading (CS) was observed in acute myeloblastic leukemia (AML) bone marrow chromosomes before treatment. This chromosomal abnormality, along with a hypodiploid clone, suggests a link in acute nonlymphocytic leukemia (ANLL).
