    • Imaging revealed extensive thrombus occluding the distal aorta and common iliac arteries.
    • The thrombus composition was analyzed, revealing fibrin and a significant infiltration of leukemic cells.

    Findings:

    • The patient was diagnosed with acute leukemia.
    • The arterial occlusion was directly attributed to leukemic cell infiltration within the thrombus.
    • This represents a unique and previously undocumented presentation of acute leukemia.
