    Background:

    • Cardiotoxicity is a concern with certain chemotherapy agents.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the electrocardiographic (ECG) effects of amsacrine (m-AMSA) in leukemia patients.
    • To assess the impact of m-AMSA on cardiac intervals and heart rate.
    • To identify potential cardiotoxic effects and associated risks.

    Main Methods:

    • 12 leukemia patients undergoing m-AMSA treatment were monitored.
