    Summary

    This study details a family with HLA B27 negative Crohn's spondylitis, psoriasis, psoriatic spondylitis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It is the first report of these associated conditions in a single family, all negative for HLA B27.

    Background:

    • Crohn's disease is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease.
