    Summary

    Intracranial gangliomas are rare tumors. CT scans can diagnose calcified lesions, and surgical resection offers good outcomes for these seizure-associated tumors in young patients.

    • Seizures were the most prominent clinical sign in all patients.

    • No evidence of recurrence was observed clinically or on CT scans during follow-up.
    • Gangliomas should be considered in the differential diagnosis of calcified intracranial masses in children and young adults presenting with seizures.

    • CT imaging is valuable for diagnosing intracranial gangliomas.
    • Surgical resection is an effective treatment modality.
    • Prompt diagnosis and treatment can lead to favorable long-term outcomes.
