Abstract:
Many chemicals are being tested for carcinogenicity and toxicity in animals. Reports are submitted to government agencies in order to evaluate the safety of chemicals. Personnel generally are not trained to carry out such evaluations. There is no particular system that is being used in these evaluations. The purpose of this paper is to describe a system for the evaluation of carcinogenicity and toxicity studies developed over the past several years.
