[Differential diagnosis of malignant and chronic stomach ulcers]

The authors have generalized the experience with complex gastrological examination of 90 patients with malignant and 200 patients with chronic gastric ulcers. It has been established that of special significance for differential diagnosis are changes in the character of the pain syndrome, data of roentgenological examination and fibro-gastroscopy.
