[Mediopatellar plica. A new approach for the radiological diagnosis]

Out 110 patients having undergone a double contrast arthrography followed by a C.T. examination of the femoropatellar joint, 12 medio-patellar plicae were diagnosed: one of which was responsible for all the symptoms. The author concludes on the role of the C.T. scan after negative arthrograms not explaining the internal derangement of the knee.
