    Summary

    A novel low-frequency red blood cell antigen, Hga, was identified. This antigen is inherited in an autosomal dominant pattern and appears to be rare in the population.

    Background:

    • Routine antibody identification tests can reveal new blood group antigens.

    Purpose of the Study:
