Abstract:
Problems of diagnosis and therapy of chronic lymphadenosis are demonstrated together with historical facts of haematology. Questions of actual research (leukaemic disposition, antigen interaction, unclassified forms) are referred as well as of individual factors of the treatment of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia.
