[Therapy of intracerebral hematomas]

On the basis of own experiences, fundamentals with respect to the treatment of intracerebral and intracerebellar haematomas are established. Computer tomography permits a narrowing of the indication for a surgical intervention, but only under the condition that this examination can be carried out at any time in the direct vicinity of the neurosurgical establishment.
