    Background:

    • Multiple sclerosis (MS) is characterized by a changing clinical course.
    • Neourologic findings in MS are documented, but longitudinal urodynamic changes are less understood.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the occurrence and pattern of urodynamic changes over time in multiple sclerosis patients.
    • To determine if urodynamic changes correlate with disease progression or symptom manifestation.

    Main Methods:

    • Longitudinal urodynamic evaluations (cystometrography, electromyography) were performed on 18 MS patients (10 male, 8 female) with 2 or more assessments over 2 months to 6 years.
    • Initial and follow-up urodynamic patterns were analyzed, focusing on detrusor activity and detrusor-sphincter dyssynergia.
