Abstract:
The differential diagnosis between Ewing-sarcoma and chronic osteomyelitis can only be established by scintigraphy, angiography and histological specimen. Treating such a case by irradiation only under suspicion of an Ewing-sarcoma is hazardous and will be followed by severe damage of the body.
