Four patients developed significant bone marrow and blood dyspoiesis after acute nonlymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) chemotherapy. This prolonged condition, resembling preleukemic disorders, occurred without relapse signs and may indicate drug-induced leukemia cell differentiation.
