    Summary

    Cefpiramide (CPM) demonstrated excellent clinical effects in most respiratory and all urinary tract infections. While primarily excreted via bile, CPM shows adequate urinary excretion, with comparable antibacterial activity to cefmetazole and cefoperazone.
