[Situationally conditioned compensatory and decompensatory reactions in infantile cerebral palsy]

Abstract:
Temporary shifts in situationally induced conditions of compensation and decompensation are described in 286 patients suffering from infantile cerebral paralysis. Three stages of postoperative neuropsychic disturbances (astheno-adynamic, cerebrasthenic and intellectual-mnemonic) are identified and the differential treatment is suggested.
