[Retinal arteritis in Liebow's lymphomatoid granulomatosis]

A case is reported of central retinal artery obstruction appearing during the course of a Liebow lymphomatoid granulomatosis. Extrapulmonary manifestations of this necrotizing angiitis, and the differential diagnosis with Wegener's granulomatosis are discussed.
