Pentoxifylline treatment of asthenozoospermia

Nine asthenozoospermic men were treated by 1.200 mg/day of pentoxifylline for a period of 2 to 5 months. There was a good response from five patients and the wives of two of these patients became pregnant soon after the last spermatogram was done.
