[Aneurysmal bone cysts of the base of the skull]

On the basis of two observation of aneurysmatic bone cysts in the region of the skull, the diagnostic and therapeutic problems of this clinical picture are discussed. The highest diagnostic value is offered by computed tomography. The operation with a total extirpation to be aimed at is recommended.
