    Summary

    Spontaneous aorto-caval fistula, an uncommon complication of abdominal aortic aneurysms, presents with varied symptoms. Diagnosis can be challenging, but aortography is valuable, and radiologists may aid treatment by closing the fistula pre-surgery.
