[Central hemodynamics in diffuse peritonitis]

Under examination were 134 patients with diffuse peritonitis. The elevated indices of the central hemodynamics (hyperkinetic conditions) was established in the reactive phase of peritonitis followed by growing symptoms of heart failure and general decompensation of blood circulation in the toxic and terminal phases. A difference between the terminal phase of peritonitis and septic shock developing at early stages of the process is shown.
