    Summary

    A man developed an intraocular inflammatory pseudotumor linked to propranolol use. Withdrawal of the medication led to the resolution of this lymphoid process.

    • The mass was associated with iridocyclitis refractory to corticosteroid therapy.

    • Anterior chamber paracentesis and transcorneal biopsy were performed.
    • The lesion was identified as an inflammatory lymphoid process.

    Findings:

    • The intraocular inflammatory pseudotumor resolved upon withdrawal of systemic propranolol.
    • This suggests a potential role for propranolol in inducing such conditions.

    Implications:

    • Propranolol may induce intraocular inflammatory pseudotumors.

    • Further research is warranted to explore the mechanism of propranolol-induced ocular inflammation.
