Abstract:

We have used the neodymium-yttrium-aluminum-garnet (YAG) laser effectively to cut posterior capsules and pupillary membranes, but the procedure was difficult. Using the Abraham contact lens facilitated the procedure, but may be related to the development of retinal damage.
