    Observation:

    • Three pediatric patients experienced recurrent vomiting and fluctuating hearing loss from infancy.
    • Initial misdiagnoses included gastroenteritis and meningitis.

    Findings:

    • All patients met clinical criteria for Meniere's disease.
    • Progressive hearing loss led to severe bilateral sensorineural hearing loss.

    Implications:

    • Meniere's disease should be suspected in infants and children with unexplained vomiting and hearing loss.
    • This condition can cause permanent sensorineural hearing loss if not identified early.
    • Adult sensorineural hearing loss may stem from childhood Meniere's disease.
