    • The patient's lithium levels were consistently within the standard therapeutic range.

    • Two endocardial explorations were performed to investigate the cause of the dysfunction.
    • The sinus node dysfunction was definitively attributed to lithium toxicity and was reversible upon cessation of the drug.
