Hangman's fracture with complete dislocation of C-2 on C-3. Case report

A patient with a complete fracture-dislocation of C-2 on C-3 without dysfunction of the spinal cord is presented. The patient was treated conservatively, and immobilization resulted in good alignment of the cervical spine and solid healing of the fracture.
