Influence of the lids on contact lens location and orientation

The report describes the correction of a case of bilateral oblique astigmatism where lid symmetry and dynamics played a major role in lens orientation. A second feature of the case was an apparent allergic reaction to a gas permeable lens when an alternative correction was attempted.
