Abstract:
Methods of examination aimed at early detection of neoplasms of main localizations (pulmonary, gastric and breast cancer, tumors of the colon, rectum and thyroid gland) are suggested. In 1982, the following percentage of malignancies was detected as a result of follow-up: stomach--66.0, colon--55.5, rectum--83.3, lung--62.8, breast--67.1, and thyroid gland--63.6%.
