    Summary

    This study reports a rare case of benign chondroma in the nasal vestibule. Surgical excision and ear composite grafting successfully repaired the defect.

    • Chondromata are rare benign tumors.
    • Nasal chondromata are exceptionally infrequent, with limited documented cases.

    Observation:

    • A case of benign chondroma originating in the nasal vestibule is presented.
    • The tumor was histologically confirmed.

    Findings:

    • The chondroma was surgically excised.
    • A composite free graft from the ear was utilized for defect repair.

    Implications:

    • This case expands the understanding of nasal chondroma presentation and management.
    • Successful reconstruction using a composite auricular graft is demonstrated.
