Eye-liner implants: a new cosmetic procedure

A new microsurgical procedure for implanting various earth-tone color pigments to the base of the eyelashes has been developed for the handicapped female who wishes to have her eyes enhanced without the need for daily application. A 2-year study of 250 eyelids has been done revealing no untoward effects or loss of pigmentation.
