    Summary

    Two-dimensional echocardiography (2DE) effectively detects cardiac involvement in Kawasaki's disease by identifying myocardial contraction deficits. While coronary aneurysms were visualized, 2DE showed greater sensitivity for assessing left ventricular contraction abnormalities.
