Rodent ulcer of the palm. A case report

An ulcerous, infiltrating, mostly solid, partly cystic and keratotic type of basal cell carcinoma of the left palm, of about 5-years duration, in a 60-year-old woman is described. Light and electron microscopical findings are presented with some histogenetical considerations of the tumor.
