    Background:

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the efficacy of the Multistat III Centrifugal Analyser (MCA) for measuring platelet aggregation in vitro.
    • To establish the reference range and assess the correlation of MCA results with conventional aggregometry.
    • To determine the utility of the MCA method in monitoring the effects of low-dose acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) treatment.
