The alar swing technique in the correction of the saddle nose deformity

A technique is described, with illustrative cases, to correct supratip nasal depressions using the lateral alar crura. Its anatomical basis is considered and the technique briefly outlined. The operation and its modifications are suitable in the correction of mild and moderate saddle nose deformities and may even be suitable for certain selected severe cases.
