    Background:

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To analyze the incidence and significant pairs of synchronous and metachronous tumors in a large cohort of gynecologic cancer patients.

    • Synchronous tumor data is valuable for assessing the risk of second primaries in patients with shorter survival periods.
    • Further investigation into factors like smoking, hormones, immunosuppression, radiotherapy, and screening is warranted.
