[Effect of the pHi of protein membranes on cellular affinity in in vitro culture]

We compare in vitro, the cellular affinity of different proteic membranes in terms of their isoelectric point. This parameter reveals some electric charge oppositions among these materials and, in our experimental conditions, it seems to have no influence on their biocompatibility.
