Rapid Bacillus cereus eye infections, often linked to intravenous drug use or foreign bodies, led to enucleation in all three patients despite aggressive antibiotic treatment. Isolates showed resistance to common antibiotics but sensitivity to clindamycin and aminoglycosides.
