Abstract:
Calyceal diverticula are infrequently seen during routine urography. When present, one must look for important associated complications. Two patients had ureteral obstruction in conjunction with "ballooned" calyceal diverticula. This rare combination may give rise to the erroneous diagnosis of a renal mass.
