[Experience in observing intra-articular pressure in closed injuries to the knee and talocrural joints]

Results of the measurements of intra-articular pressure in 21 patients with closed injuries of the knee and talocrural joints with a compensation manometer AS-2 are presented. In all the examined patients rather high positive pressure resulting from tissue injuries, exudate in the joint cavity and developed edema in the joint area were revealed.
