[Creutzfeld-Jakob disease: recent advances; biology of unconventional viruses (author's transl)]
Pathologie-Biologie
|October 1, 1980
Abstract:
The authors update their earlier review (1973) of the unconventional viruses responsible for the subacute spongiform encephalopathies of man and animals. Newer data about the viruses of scrapie and Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease are summarized. The biology and experimental pathology of the diseases are discussed.
