    • Surgical intervention successfully corrected the anatomical abnormality.

    • Early and accurate diagnosis of rare congenital anomalies is vital for pediatric surgical outcomes.
    • Surgical correction of colon interposition can dramatically improve nutritional status and long-term prognosis in affected children.
