    Background:

    • Infertility affects a significant number of women.
    • Accurate diagnosis of intrauterine abnormalities is crucial for successful fertility treatment.
    • Conventional hysterosalpingography (HSG) has limitations in visualizing subtle intrauterine changes.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the efficacy of double contrast hysterography (DCH) with continuous CO2 insufflation in diagnosing intrauterine pathologies in infertile patients.
    • To compare the diagnostic accuracy of DCH with ordinary HSG.

    • 162 infertile patients underwent double contrast hysterography with continuous CO2 insufflation.
